How to Find Unused Programs with Mirekusoft Install Monitor
When you launch Mirekusoft Install Monitor, you can go to the Programs tab and you’ll see the list of all installed programs on your computer. There, you will see the columns Last Used and Usage which shows the exact date and time of when you last launched a program along with their usage trend.
This will allow you to accurately see which programs you rarely use so you can decide whether you want to uninstall them or not.
You may notice that some programs are listed as last used in odd dates. This is due to the fact that the said program was not manually launched since it was installed.
For some programs, like the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, it’s normal. They’re libraries needed by other programs to function. There’s no need to launch them.
They are very important programs, however, so you need to be careful not to uninstall them on a whim. Without them, other programs might stop working completely. Make sure you know what a program does before removing it if you’re unfamiliar with it.
