I have Install Monitor 4.8 installed on a new HP Envy 360 laptop with Windows 11. I recently purchased a bluetooth mouse for it but had issues getting it to work reliably. I bought another mouse and had the same problems. Through trial and error I discovered that the issue seems to be the Install Monitor service. If I disable it the mouse works. If I let it start normally the mouse does not work.
